When performance issues start outside the bedroom
When I work with men, we don’t only focus on the inner work they need to do to become the lovers they want to be. We also spend time looking at their relationships — the dynamics they’re in now, or the ones they’ve carried with them from the past.
Men are very susceptible to women, to the energy a woman brings into intimacy. The quality of such frequency determines how a man will feel. How a woman positions herself within that dynamic can have a huge impact on how confident a man feels. It affects his ability to last, his trust in his own body, and whether his erections feel reliable or not.
At the same time, when a man is not doing his own work, when he is not paying attention to his needs and desires, when he is not asking for what he wants, when he is not setting boundaries, anxiety and disappointment will follow him everywhere. That sense of inadequacy won’t leave, because it is not just about the physical.
This is why the work I do weaves everything together. The relationship, the love, the s/xuality, the awareness of how these pieces all connect. When they’re pulled apart, men keep trying to solve the wrong problem. When we bring them into one bundle and start to unravel them together, the clarity comes.
I especially love working with men who are married or in long-term relationships. These are my favorite clients because I get to share all the little pieces of wisdom I have about women and the feminine — how to navigate those dynamics, how to bring the spark back, how to create a relationship that feels alive instead of flat.
